How quickly can you ship my new products?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours. (Should a
manufacturer’s back order, or other unforeseen problem occur, rest assured that we will notify you immediately.)
How quickly should I expect to receive my order?
Shipping generally takes between 1 - 5 business days
—depending on your geographic location. Upon request, we can also ship your products 2nd Day Air or Overnight Express for an additional charge (evoked by the carrier).
How will you ship my products and what do you charge?
We ship by both U.P.S. and/or U.S.Postal Service. To be
fair to you, and to keep your costs as low as possible, our shipping charges our based solely on the size and weight of your specific order, and the method of shipping you have selected.
(We have elected not to employ a flat rate shipping program, as some companies do, because many times you end up paying more for shipping than we believe you should.) We will always
confirm your order invoice total —including shipping charges— prior to billing and processing your order.
What credit cards do you accept?
Do you ship C.O.D.?
Yes. COD orders are shipped via U.P.S.. However, this carrier does charge an additional $8.50 fee for this service.
(To avoid this additional cost, you can send a check in advance to prepay your order.)
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax applies to Ohio residents only. (7.75%)
Is it safe to e-mail my credit card number to you?
Unlike using a secure e-commerce system (or shopping
cart), general e-mail is not a completely secure medium and can, in some circumstances, potentially be viewed by other third parties —outside the scope of our organization.
Therefore, because we cannot absolutely assure the security and privacy of your data, we DO NOT recommend that you include items such as
Credit Card numbers in your general e-mail communications with us. Your privacy is important to us!
Alternatively, we recommend that you simply contact us directly (via our toll free number or via fax) to place your very
first order. This will not only give us an opportunity to record your sensitive personal information securely, it will also give us an opportunity to meet you (so to speak) and to provide
you with more personalized service. After that, because your information will already be on file, you can then e-mail us all subsequent orders, without worry. Simply mention in the body
of your order that your account information is already “on file.” That’s all there is to it!
